Job Duties
Identify and analyze areas for improvement in existing packaging processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Establish methods for solving technical problems related to packaging equipment, materials, and processes.
Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve product quality.
Collaborate with engineering, production and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.• Lead process validation activities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
